It is subordinate to the Territorial Division of ETECSA Guantánamo belonging to the Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba SA, it has the mission of "Providing telecommunications services that meet the needs of customers and the population, as well as supporting the requirements of the socio-economic development of the country with the results that are demanded of it. "
